We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality false eyelashes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly assist you with an exchange according to the following policy:
Return Conditions:
Timeframe: Customers can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt.
Product Condition:
False eyelashes must be in their original condition, unused, and free from any adhesive or other substances.
The original packaging and any accompanying accessories must be included.
Any seals (if applicable) must be intact.
Invoice: Customers must present the original invoice or order number for verification.
Reasons for Return:
Defective Eyelashes: Product defects, damages, or does not match the description.
Incorrect Size or Style: The received product does not match the ordered item.
Non-returnable Items:
Used false eyelashes.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Return Procedure:

to notify us of your return request.
Step 2: Provide complete information about your order, the product to be returned, and the reason for the return.
Step 3: Ship the product back to our address: 2 Araluen Road, Lansvale, NSW 2166, Australia.
Step 4: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process your exchange.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
